Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What kind of fabric can be used, and how much do you need?
A: The only fabric I can't use is very sheer material. You need about a half yard of fabric or a man's large long sleeve shirt will usually make two.
Q: How much lead time do you need to make the bears?
A: Due to customer demand it's hard to say, but usually about 6-8 weeks. During the Christmas holiday it's sometimes longer. Always on a first come first serve basis.
Q: How many photos will the photo bear hold?
A: 20-24 photos, and the photos are returned to you. They can be on a disc or printed photos.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Checks, money orders or paypal. If paying by check I will bill you when the bear is finished and when your check clears your bear will ship. I can also email an invoice and you can pay using paypal (there is a 3.5% fee of your total for this service).
Q: Do you make different sizes?
A: Yes I make a 10" bear, a 15" bear, or an 18" bear.
